Koneba has developed a solution for a Smoke and Heat Exhaust Ventilation System (SHEVS) in accordance with the UNE 23585 standard, fully customised for a robotised industrial warehouse and specifically designed to adapt to the particularities of the environment and existing interference in the building.

The project includes the installation of a Kortex DA Automatic ASB4 smoke curtain, in accordance with standard UNE EN 12101-1, with a total length of 60 metres, ensuring effective containment of smoke and hot gases in the event of a fire.

To ensure proper system integration, a first 7-metre section with a 2-metre drop has been designed, incorporating a section of Kortex DA Fix fixed curtain above the automatic curtain. This solution allows for the avoidance of interference from existing pipes and installations, maintaining the continuity and effectiveness of the system. The assembly is completed with a second 53-metre section with a 3-metre drop, ensuring the correct containment of smoke and hot gases in the event of a fire.

This project highlights Koneba's ability to design and implement tailor-made passive fire protection solutions adapted to the real needs of each facility.
