Sixteen Kuadron Slat BS polycarbonate louvered smoke vents have been successfully installed and adapted to the windows of the Alcampo shopping centre in Ferrol, A Coruña. These systems
are designed to evacuate large volumes of smoke and combustion gases in the event of a fire, as well as providing daily ventilation and natural light.

A 50 m² fixed smoke curtain Kortex Fix has been installed, designed to generate different smoke deposits. This ensures the correct functioning of the temperature control and smoke evacuation system, maintaining a smoke-free height that allows the safe evacuation of occupants in the event of a fire and facilitates firefighting efforts by the fire brigade.

Alcampo in Ferrol is the first open-air shopping centre in the city. It has a surface area of 14,800 m² and, in addition to the hypermarket, there is a shopping arcade with around twenty establishments from various sectors.
